§ 130.004 WINDOW PEEPING.
   (A)   Prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person to go upon the private premises of another to look or peep into any window, door or other opening in a building occupied by any other person.
   (B)   Penalty. Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in § 130.999(A)(1).
