(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating or refusing to obey any of the provisions of § 116.16 shall, on conviction thereof, be fined not less than $25 and not more than $500 for each offense.
(C) Any person, business or entity violating § 116.27 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in the amount of $250 for a first offense, and $500 for a second and subsequent offense. Each and every day that a violation occurs or exists shall constitute a separate offense.
