§ 116.15 SALE IN OTHER THAN ORIGINAL PACKAGE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person who owns, manages or leases any premises in which the sale of alcoholic beverages is licensed to have, in his or her possession, for sale at retail any alcoholic liquors contained in bottles, casks or other containers except in the original package.
