§ 94.116 RESPONSE TO FIRES OUTSIDE CITY.
   Certain personnel of the Fire Department may go beyond the corporate limits of the city to fight fire and thereby to save life or property. Fire and emergency equipment of the city may go beyond the corporate limits of the city to fight fire or provide emergency service when directed to do so by the Chief of the Fire Department or by some person authorized to act for the Chief. Members of the Fire Department listed on the roster provided for by § 94.115 shall be considered as acting in the performance and within the scope of their duties in fighting fire or saving life or property outside the city, if and when directed to do so by the Chief of the Fire Department or by some person authorized to act for the Chief.
