§ 94.115 ROSTER OF MEMBERS; PHYSICAL EXAMINATION OF MEMBERS.
   The Chief of the Fire Department shall, on or before the second Tuesday in April in each year, furnish the City Clerk, for the information of the Mayor and Council, the roster of all members, paid or subject to call, of the Fire Department in good standing, and as needed throughout the year shall report any proposed additions or changes in the roster for proper action of the Council, to the end that all members of the Fire Department shall, at all times, be covered by insurance or such other lawful protection to firefighters as may be provided by the Mayor and Council under the worker’s compensation law of the state or otherwise. All members of the Fire Department shall be required to pass a physical examination every even-numbered year.
