(A) The permit required by § 94.095, when issued by the Fire Chief, shall be valid beginning June 28 at 12:00 noon and ending July 4 at 10:00 p.m. of the year of issue, and shall not be transferable.
(B) Fireworks may be sold June 28 through July 3 during the hours of 12:00 noon to 10:00 p.m. and July 4 during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
