§ 94.095 PERMIT REQUIRED FOR RETAIL SALE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer to sell at retail within the city any fireworks, as defined and permitted under the statutes of the state, without having first secured a permit from the city Fire Marshal’s Office.
