§ 90.13 RESTRICTIONS ON SALE OF FOWL.
   Fowl younger than 8 weeks of age may not be sold or offered for sale in quantities of less than 25 birds to an individual purchaser. Vendors of fowl shall provide and operate brooders or other heating devices as may be necessary to maintain the fowl in good health, and shall keep adequate food and water available to the fowl. Fowl shall not be dyed or colored or otherwise treated so as to impart to them an artificial color. It shall be unlawful to violate this section, and any person violating this section shall be punished as provided for in § 90.99(A)(3).
