§ 76.07 PARALLEL PARKING AND ANGLE PARKING.
   No person shall park any vehicle or approach the curb with a vehicle except when headed in the direction of traffic. Vehicles when parked parallel shall stand adjacent to the curb and so as to have both right wheels within 12 inches of the curb and so as to leave at least 4 feet between the vehicle so parked and any other parked vehicle. In the angle parking zone, stalls shall be marked on the curb or pavement of the street or portion thereof designated for parking at an angle. All vehicles parked at an angle shall be parked within the stalls and with the right front wheel at the curb.
