(A) Whenever any person fails to appear within 15 days after the issuance of a parking ticket for violation of a motor vehicle parking ordinance or duly established parking regulation, or violation of the Emergency Snow Ordinance of the city, the City Prosecutor may file a complaint charging the violation with the County Court.
(B) If the person is convicted of a violation of a motor vehicle parking ordinance or duly established parking regulation, or of parking or stopping of a motor vehicle in violation of the Emergency Snow Ordinance of the city, the fine shall be as set forth in § 70.24.
