§ 53.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   In addition to an action for injunctive relief, any person violating any provision of §§ 53.100 through 53.107 shall be liable to criminal prosecution and fine in an amount up to $500 for each day that a violation exists.
   (B)   Remedies provided in §§ 53.100 through 53.107 shall not be exclusive of any other remedies available under any applicable federal, state or local law.
