§ 53.068 INSTALLATION OF TAPS.
   Taps to all public, city or private sewers shall be made by the city. The plumber or layer shall make application to the city’s Water Division, giving the location by address and the approximate time the tap will be required. Three working days will be considered the minimum time for notification to make the tap.
