§ 53.067 BILLING PERIOD.
   The basic sewer use charges imposed by this chapter and the sewer use surcharges imposed by this chapter shall be billed commencing on and after effective date of the ordinance from which this chapter is derived, the billings to be made monthly, quarterly or semiannually, as determined by the Manager.
