§ 34.29 UNLAWFUL TRANSFER OF FUNDS.
   Any transfer or diversion of the money or credits from any of the funds to another fund or to a purpose other than that for which proposed, except as specifically provided in this subchapter, shall render any Council member voting therefor or any city official participating therein guilty of a misdemeanor.
