1127.06 BUILDING SIZE AND HEIGHT REGULATIONS.

Buildings and structures shall comply with the building size and height requirements in Table 1127.06 based on the district in which the lot is located.

Table 1127.06 Building Size and Height Regulations
	C-1, Commercial	M-1, Mixed Use	L-1, Light Industrial District	L-2, General Industrial District
(a) Minimum Building Floor Area	1,200 sq. ft.	2,000 sq. ft.	2,500 sq. ft.	2,500 sq. ft.
(b) Maximum Building Height	45 feet	45 feet	45 feet	45 feet
