   127.01  CHIEF OF POLICE.
   The Police Department shall consist of the following staff:
   (a)   One (1) Chief of Police.
   (b)   Up to two (2) full-time patrol officers; and
   (c)   Up to fourteen (14) part-time patrol officers.
