In the construction of this chapter, the words and terms set forth in this section shall have the following meanings unless the context or use clearly indicates another or different meaning or intent:
BUILDING OFFICIAL: As used in the 2006 international building code and/or HUD, this term shall be considered to be a reference to the zoning enforcement officer appointed in accordance with section 10-13-1 of this code.
HUD CODE: The United States department of housing and urban development manufactured housing construction and safety standards code, instituted in 1976, as subsequently amended. (Ord. 905, 7-26-2010)
