This title shall be enforced by the Zoning Enforcement Officer who shall be appointed by the President of the Village Board, by and with the consent of the Board. No building permit or demolition permit shall be issued by him except where the provisions of this title shall have been complied with.
This title controls over the 2006 international building code in regard to issuance of building permits. If conflicts arise with the 2006 international building code, all permits are to be issued according to the requirements of this title. (Ord. 1040, 8-10-2020)
