167.01 ESTABLISHMENT.

Pursuant to the authority of Charter, Article V, Section 1, there is hereby established a Department of Human Resources. The staffing of the Department of Human Resources is hereby established and is reflected in the organizational chart for the Department of Human Resources contained in Section 167.99(a), which is incorporated herein as if fully rewritten.
