(a) Whoever violates any provision of Section 921.01 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued.
(b) Whoever violates Section 921.02 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense and a misdemeanor of the third degree for each subsequent offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
