529.09 POSSESSION OR CONSUMPTION IN PUBLIC PLACES.

(a) No person shall possess, use or consume any liquor, beer or other alcoholic beverage in or about any Municipal building, public park or playground.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdmeanor of the second degree.
