§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Violation a misdemeanor. Every person who violates a section, subdivision, paragraph or provision of this chapter when he or she performs an act thereby prohibited or declared unlawful, or fails to act when such failure is thereby prohibited or declared unlawful, or performs an act prohibited or declared unlawful by a code adopted by reference in this chapter, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as a misdemeanor except as otherwise stated in specific provisions hereof.
   (B)   Curfew penalties.
      (1)   Minors. Any minor found to be in violation of § 130.03 may be adjudicated delinquent and shall be subject to the dispositional alternatives set forth in M.S. § 260.185, as it may be amended from time to time.
      (2)   Adults. Any adult person found to be in violation of § 130.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
