(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) It shall be a violation of § 152.01 of this chapter to commence demolition without a demolition permit or to fail to observe the requirements of § 152.01 of this chapter in connection with the execution of a permitted demolition, for which a civil penalty shall be imposed in an amount not exceeding the maximum amount permitted by this code of ordinances.
(2) Each day a violation continues may be considered a separate violation.

(C) (1) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 152.02(B) of this chapter shall, upon conviction before any court of competent jurisdiction, be fined in any sum not less than $10, nor more than $25, and each day’s continuance of such violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
(2) Any person convicted before any court of competent jurisdiction of having relocated such building within the said fire limits, per § 152.02(C) of this chapter, shall be fined for the use of said town not less than $10, nor more than $25, and every day’s continuance of such building on such relocation shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
(3) Any person convicted before any court of competent jurisdiction of having moved and located any such building within the fire limits aforesaid, as per § 152.02(D) of this chapter, shall be fined not less than $10, nor more than $25.
(4) Whenever any wooden building within said fire limits is damaged thereafter the extent of such damage shall be ascertained in the manner provided by § 152.02(F) of this chapter before it is repaired or commenced to repair any wooden building situated within said fire limits, which has been damaged, before the extent of the damages have been ascertained, as provided in § 152.02(F) of this chapter, as per § 152.02(E) of this chapter, shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $25.
(5) Any person violation the provisions of § 152.02(G) of this chapter shall, upon conviction before any court of competent jurisdiction, be fined in any sum not exceeding $25, and each day’s continuance of the same shall constitute a separate offense.
(6) Any person convicted of violating the provisions of § 152.02(I) of this chapter shall be fined in any sum not less than $10, nor more than $25, and for each day’s continuance not more than $10.

(D) If any person, firm or corporation shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 152.15 through 152.27 of this chapter, or shall do any act prohibited herein, or shall fail to perform any duty lawfully enjoined, within the time prescribed by the Building Commissioner, or shall fail, neglect or refuse to obey any lawful order given by the Building Commissioner in connection with the provisions of §§ 152.15 through 152.27 of this chapter for each such violation, failure or refusal, such person, firm or corporation shall be fined in any sum not less than $10, nor more than $300. Each day of such unlawful activity as is prohibited hereby shall constitute a separate offense.
