§ 151.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Violations of § 151.02 of this chapter shall be subject to imposition of a civil penalty of not less than $10, nor more than the maximum penalty authorized by this code of ordinances.

   (C)   A violation of § 151.06 of this chapter shall subject the violator to a fine not less than $50, nor more than $2,500 per violation per tree.

   (D)   (1)   A person who violates the provisions of § 151.07 of this chapter shall be issued a warning ticket for the first offense, and a copy of § 151.07 of this chapter shall be served upon the violator by the police officer issuing the warning.
      (2)   A person who violates the provisions of § 151.07 of this chapter a second or subsequent time shall be issued a citation for a civil violation and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine of not less than $10, nor more than permitted by the general penalty provisions of this code of ordinances.
