§ 112.01 PERMIT REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to display, distribute, pass and/or place in vehicles on the streets and/or in or upon any portion of any residence within the corporate limits of the town handbills without having first obtained a permit from the Clerk-Treasurer of said town to do so.
