§ 93.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Violations of § 93.02 of this chapter shall be subject to imposition of a civil penalty of not less than $10, nor more than the maximum penalty authorized by § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(C) Removal. In addition to the penalties noted in division (A) and (B) above, any individual found in violation of § 93.01(C)(9) shall be subject to removal from the premises and may be subject to a no trespass order.
