§ 93.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Violations of § 93.02 of this chapter shall be subject to imposition of a civil penalty of not less than $10, nor more than the maximum penalty authorized by § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
