§ 90.05 PARKS, RIGHTS-OF-WAY, AND STREETS.
   (A)   No person shall bring, keep, or permit to enter any cattle, horse, swine, sheep, goats, or poultry upon any park area, railroad right-of-way, or any public right-of-way within the corporation limits of the village. The riding or driving of horses within the corporation limits of the village shall be permitted during organized parades or upon state highways as a personal means of transportation.
   (B)   Nothing contained herein shall prohibit the transportation of livestock by means of an enclosed trailer or motorized livestock van through the public rights-of-way of the village.
