§ 51.045 PURPOSE; SCOPE; REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Purpose. The purpose of this subchapter is to regulate the use of the water system owned and operated by the village.
   (B)   Scope. This subchapter establishes the criteria for the use of the water system.
   (C)   Governing regulations. Where there appears to be, or there is in fact, a conflict between this subchapter and §§ 51.001 through 51.011, the subchapter providing the more stringent requirements, standards, or procedures shall govern.
