§ 51.011 NOTICE OF VIOLATIONS.
   A notice of violation of any provision of these regulations shall be deemed served by the village with issuance of a written citation stating the nature of the violation, signed by the authorized representative of the village, and mailed by U.S. mail to the last known address of the person causing the violation.
