§ 51.025 PURPOSE; SCOPE; REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Purpose. The purpose of this subchapter is to regulate the use of the sewer system owned and operated by the village.
   (B)   Scope. This subchapter establishes the discharge criteria for the sewer systems, and the procedures for handling discharges which fail to meet the established criteria.
   (C)   Governing regulations. Where there appears to be, or there is in fact, a conflict between this subchapter and §§ 51.001 through 51.011, the subchapter providing the more stringent requirement, standard, or procedure shall govern.
