11-4-1: LAND IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED:

No subdivision of land shall be approved by the Plan Commission without the subdivider submitting a statement signed by the City Engineer certifying that the improvements described in the subdivider's plans and specifications, together with agreements, meet the minimum requirements of all ordinances of the City and that they comply with Section 11-4A-1 of this Title. (1976 Code §25-3-1)
