The city of Northlake comprehensive plan ("the plan") shall be, and the same is hereby adopted by reference, the same as if its terms and provisions were set forth verbatim herein, as the primary land use, economic development, housing, natural resources, transportation, community facilities, image and identity, and implementation strategy of the city of Northlake and that all actions that the city takes or sanctions to promote should be in conformity with the plan. Three (3) certified copies of the Northlake comprehensive plan shall be on file in the office of the city clerk. (Ord. O-11-2013, 5-20-2013)
