If such inspection establishes that the single- or multi-family residential dwelling unit or structure or commercial or industrial unit or structure is uninhabitable, the city shall post such structure "No Occupancy". Said posting shall remain until sufficient repairs are made to grant a temporary occupancy permit. No inspection and transfer stamp will be issued until such time that said posting is removed by the city, and a temporary occupancy permit is granted. (Ord. O-25-2007, 7-16-2007)
