The director of public health and inspection services, periodically, shall inspect all trampolines to determine whether the provisions of this code and other ordinances of the city regarding health, sanitation and safety applicable thereto are being complied with. For this purpose, the director is hereby authorized to enter upon any premises in the city to investigate the existence of a trampoline and to determine whether or not any such trampoline complies with the requirements of this code.
