A. Seal Adopted; Description: There is hereby adopted the official seal of the city as follows:
B. Required Display Of Seal: Where feasible, all city equipment, public buildings and other municipal property shall display this seal.
C. Reproduction Of Seal: The reproduction of the official seal of the city is authorized and permitted when reproduced in the shade of blue as used in the flag of the United States of America upon a white sheet or background for use as the official flag or banner of the city.
