The CABO Model Energy Code, 1995 Edition, is hereby adopted as the Energy Conservation Code of the City for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided, and each and all the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said CABO Model Energy Code are hereby adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this Article.
There is hereby adopted each and every revision of said code hereinafter made, by CABO International, Inc. Said revised codes and all supplements thereto, when adopted by CABO International, Inc., shall supersede all other previous editions, supplements and printings in conflict therewith. The provisions of such codes shall govern all matters covered therein to the extent that the same are not in conflict with any provisions of this Code or other ordinances of the City. (Ord.
