A. New Plantings Prohibited: No person shall plant shrubs or hedges on the City parkway.
B. Existing Hedges and Shrubs:
1. Where such plantings presently exist on the parkway and within thirty feet (30') of the nearest right-of-way line of any intersecting street, they shall be maintained at a maximum height of two feet (2'), and they shall be kept trimmed to the right-of- way line.
2. No person shall maintain any hedge, shrub or tree anywhere upon his premises which interferes with the clear view of traffic by drivers approaching an intersection.
3. No person shall allow a hedge or shrub on his premises to grow out and interfere with pedestrian traffic in the public sidewalk (where one exists) abutting his or her premises. (Ord. 0-28-90, 6-4-90)
