7-1-1: SUPERVISION AND ENFORCEMENT:
All public streets, alleys, sidewalks and other public ways in the City shall be under the supervision of the Superintendent of Public Works. He shall be charged with the enforcement of all ordinance provisions relating to such public places except traffic ordinances. (Ord. O-23-79, 11-20-1979; amd. 1992 Code; Ord. O-36-97, 8-18-1997, eff. 12-1-1997)
