When City police escorts are required by the Police Department for the safety of the motoring public, the following fees shall be paid by the applicant to the Police Department: forty dollars ($40.00) per hour per vehicle based upon preestimated time of movement to be agreed upon between Police Department and applicant. The minimum fee is eighty dollars ($80.00) per vehicle. (Ord. O-01-98, 1-5-1998)
