Fees for special permits to move legal gross weight vehicles, combinations of vehicles and loads with overweight-axle loads shall be paid by the applicant to the Police Department as follows:
For each overweight single axle or tandem axle group, the flat fees herein scheduled for increments of forty five (45) miles or fraction thereof including issuance fee predicated upon an eighteen thousand (18,000) pound single axle equivalency.
Single trip permits only shall be issued.
