6-8-19: ENFORCEMENT:
Such program shall make provision for an intensive campaign by the Police Department to apprehend any violators of the acts above mentioned, and at all times to maintain a vigilant watch for possible violators of such acts. (Ord. O-01-98, 1-5-1998)
