6-8-18: VEHICLES EXCEEDING PRESCRIBED WEIGHT LIMITS, PREVENTING USE OF STREETS AND HIGHWAYS BY:

The Police Department is authorized to institute and maintain a program designed to prevent the use of public streets and highways by vehicles which exceed the maximum weights allowed by this Chapter or which exceeds the maximum weights allowed as evidenced by the license plates attached to such vehicle.
