6-8-3: HEIGHT OF VEHICLES:

The height of a vehicle from the underside of the tire to the top of the vehicle, inclusive of load, shall not exceed thirteen feet six inches (13'6").

Any person convicted of violating this Section is subject to the penalty provided in subsection 6-8-13C of this Chapter. (Ord. O-01-98, 1-5-1998)
