A. It is unlawful for any person to drive or move on, upon or across or for the owner to cause or knowingly permit to be driven or moved on any highway or street any vehicle or vehicles of a size and weight exceeding the limitations stated in this Chapter or otherwise in violation of this Chapter, and the maximum size and weight herein specified shall be lawful throughout the City.
B. The provisions of this Chapter governing size, weight, and load shall not apply to fire apparatus or equipment for snow and ice removal or to a vehicle operated under the terms of a special permit issued by the City. (Ord. O-01-98, 1-5-1998)
