Any person desiring a license for any motor vehicle shall file an application therefor with the city clerk, upon a form to be provided by the city clerk, setting forth the name, address and telephone number of the applicant, the description of the motor vehicle and the state license number thereof, the place where such motor vehicle is to be kept when not in use, the number and kind of other motor vehicles kept by such applicant at such place and such further information as may be prescribed. The license fee for said noncommercial use vehicles is waived, however, application for and possession of the actual vehicle sticker shall remain a requirement. (Ord. O-52-95, 10-2-1995)
