In the administration of the provisions of this chapter, the finance director is hereby authorized to establish such procedures as may be necessary in order to implement the provisions herein provided. The finance director may assign a member of the police department the responsibility of acting as an alarm administrator with responsibility for the enforcement of this chapter. (Ord.
