A. It shall be a violation of this chapter for anyone to become an alarm user without first having registered with the police department. Vehicle alarms are not included within the registration requirement of this section. (Ord. O-04-94, 3-7-1994; amd. Ord. O-06-2014, 3-3-2014)
B. Registration shall be in writing on forms provided by the city and shall contain all such information as the finance director deems necessary. It shall be the alarm user's responsibility to keep all the information up to date at all times. (Ord. O-04-94, 3-7-1994; amd. Ord. O-20-99, 12-6-1999)
C. All businesses and residences with alarm systems shall be required to fill out a new registration form by May 1 of each year. The registration for the previous year shall expire on April 30. (Ord. O-04-94, 3-7-1994)
