4-7-5: SOLICITATION PROHIBITED:

It shall be unlawful for any agent to solicit the owner or occupant of real estate at any time after an owner of that real estate has filed with the clerk a notification that he does not desire to be solicited. An agent shall be absolutely liable for any violation of this section. (Ord. O-12-2010, 4-5-2010)
