3-4-4: CONDITIONS OF LICENSE:
   A.   Slot Machines Prohibited: No person shall maintain or expose for public use any slot machine operated with a slug or coin. As used in this subsection, the term "slot machine" shall mean and include any device, operated by means of slugs or coins, which shows pictures, numbers or symbols, singly or in combinations as a result of operation.    B.   Exhibition Of Criminals: No person shall exhibit any criminal or the body of any criminal or any person who shall have become notorious because of the commission of a crime in any theatrical exhibit, carnival or other public place. (1976 Code § 3-1-13)
   C.   Crowd Control, Traffic Control Or Security: The city may require, from time to time, as a condition to granting a license or permit that the applicant shall provide crowd control, traffic control or security. (1992 Code)
