No person shall conduct or operate any amusement which is open to the public and for which a fee is charged for admission thereto without having first secured a license or permit therefor; provided, that this section shall not be held to apply to those amusements which are specifically licensed by any other provisions of this code.
Applications for such licenses or permits shall be made to the clerk and shall comply with all of the general provisions of this code relating to applications for licenses and permits 1 . (Ord. O-23-79, 11-20-1979)
